Control and automation company URC is adding another integration with WAC Lighting that allows users to fully control WAC Lighting’s ceiling fan platform through the URC Total Control system.
The integration features WAC Lighting’s MODERN FORMS Smart Fans, which can now be controlled via URC’s Total Control system via a single touchscreen or handheld remote.
In addition, the integration provides voice control of fans, as URC’s voice-enabled devices allow two-way communication and control with simple operation across URC interfaces, the company says.
URC says the Total Control platform allows the control of multiple rooms, zones or devices, and users can create scenes to create a movie-viewing environment.
URC also highlights its reliability, customizable experience and programmer-friendly system operation. The integration also allows dealers to remotely access customer systems to troubleshoot and monitor.

WAC Lighting says its MODERN FORMS Smart Fans are made with incredibly efficient and completely silent DC motors and are up to 70% more efficient than traditional fans. Every fan is factory-balanced and sound tested to ensure each fan will never wobble, rattle or click.
