For ISE 2024, Meridian is once again teaming up with its sales rep, AV EMEA on stand 2G400 to provide ISE visitors with the opportunity to see a number of its audio solutions, including the DSP9 Digital Active Loudspeakers in select colors.
The English high-performance audio manufacturer boasts the DSP9 is a masterpiece of product design and audio engineering, technology, and performance. The digital active loudspeaker features a brand-new and iconic cabinet aesthetic that showcases a new design signature for the company, and produces outstanding fidelity, dynamics and power for cinemas and listening rooms. Available to view in three different colors, including satin white, volcano orange and pigeon blue, the company says visitors will be able to see the speakers from every angle, showcasing the design that uses the geometry of the ellipse to create a unique aesthetic.
Moving into some other products beyond the DSP9 within the Meridian line of speaker products, the DSP8000 XE Digital Active Loudspeaker is the flagship product in the Meridian loudspeaker range. Meridian Audio explains the DSP8000 XE speaker is built on a brand-new audio architecture, using higher specification, more powerful components and leveraging Meridian’s expertise in psychoacoustics to achieve high levels of sound quality. The hardware and software platforms are said to combine to offer a new level of accuracy, power and emotional connection, and the result is an immersive, holographic sound experience.
Other Meridian Speakers on Display than DSP9 at ISE 2024
Besides the DSP9 loudspeaker, the Meridian booth display at ISE 2024 will also include Meridian DSP640.2 architectural in-wall loudspeakers. Providing high SPLs (Sound Pressure Levels) and strong bass performance capabilities, the DSP640.2 loudspeakers are powered by a Meridian Audio ‘CLASS-M’ DSP engine. A double precision Aux filter improves resolution on low frequencies, and the company notes the speaker’s built-in dynamic bass protection technology helps to maximize the DSP640.2’s bass extension.
Additionally, the ISE stand will feature a selection of Meridian products in a rack, including the 210 Streamer, the 218 Zone Controller, the 251 Zone Controller, a 258 Power Amplifier, and a 271 Digital Theatre Controller.
