Snap One is adding security products from Alarm.com to its catalog to give partners a one-stop-shop for their commercial-grade surveillance, access control and video doorbell solutions.
The global electronic company explains the move gives Snap One partners more choice and flexibility to purchase security solutions through Snap One’s procurement process and supply chain.
More specifically, Snap One will carry 48 unique Alarm.com products. Snap One points out that Alarm.com offers both commercial and residential products, but the partnership more geared more toward the commercial side, with products including video doorbells, cameras, energy management, NVRs, access control and cellular-based sensors.
For partners, Alarm.com’s solutions include a partner portal that facilitates recurring monthly revenue opportunities for security installers, according to Snap One.
In a statement, Snap One Senior Security Director Clint Choate says the company’s top priority is its partners’ needs.
