Draper Will be Showing of a Motorized Shading Solution for Angled Windows
Draper’s been doing a lot to build out its residential portfolio over the years, and with CEDIA Expo 2023 comes more products in the motorized shading category. It’ll be the first-time integrators will be able to play around with the company’s new FlexStyle Cassette, but I’m sure the attention grabbed will be the company’s Gabled Bottom-Up Flex Shade for angled window installations.

Severtson’s Ambient Light Rejection: Another Boost for Projection Screens?
Way back towards the start of this year, our editors postulated if now might be the time for microLED to overtake projection as the dominant tech in home theater. There’s a lot of reasons why but one is the fact that in brightly lit areas, projectors just don’t seem to do as well as microLEDs. While you can’t do much to the projector, Severtson has certainly found something you can do to the screen.
