In a major announcement, Denon and Marantz brands have introduced many new additions to their higher end AVRs including the introduction of multi-room and online technology from its HEOS platform
Denon AVR models getting the new functionality include the 4300H and 6300H.
Launching in October 2016, the 4300H will have integrated HEOS functionality providing access to Spotify, Soundcloud, TuneIn, Deezer, Tidal, Napster and compatibility with other HEOS products.
The unit will also have Wi-Fi 2.4 & 5 GHz and Bluetooth built-in, 9x 200W amp with 11.2 processing, DDSC-HD with AL24 Processing Plus and new high performance 192kHz/32bit DAC.

HEOS is also being built into Apps especially created for the range.
Also in the Denon range, it was announced that models in the AVR-X3300W and up range, native connectivity to Crestron will be available.
No program Mmdules will be needed and the device can then be monitored on the Network by Crestron Fusion RV.
As for Marantz, its SR7011, nine channel AVR is also getting the full HEOS treatment.
This unit also offers nine channels of discrete amplification each with 200W, Wi-Fi (dual antenna) and Bluetooth built in, 11.2 processing and pre-out, current feedback HDAM Preamp, Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 and DTS:X & Neural:X11.1, Auro 3D (upgrade) compatibility.

For installers the App provides fully guided Audyssey calibration using the supplied mics.
