Its construction, design, and technology integration were all honed around a very specific cosmetic formula that the clients of the project, who were both architects themselves, wanted to see upheld when laying out the plans for their expansive home.
“We worked very closely with the builder and clients on almost every aspect of this home, from initial design to wiring to final install,” said the team at Lelch Audio Video. “We used product lines that would not only provide the lifestyle experience the clients wanted but were also aesthetically in step with the home’s clean lines and minimalist style.”
That ability to work with the construction and design teams proved crucial in ensuring every aspect of the home met at one unified point. At least, the judges in the CE Pro Home of the Year Awards for 2022, earning the project a Silver award for its design-forward implementation of technology.

There, Lech installed a massive display into a mechanical housing, which, when activated, lifts the television from below up to ideal viewing height.
