Whole-home control provider Josh.ai is adding two new user-friendly features to the Josh App, including a new view for quick access to streaming services along with music service and search interface updates.
The updates come shortly after Josh.ai launched major feature updates in the last few months, including an Apple TV deep-linking integration, iOS push notifications, JoshGPT and an updated Android application.
The new channel view for streaming services replaces a previous channel selector user interface that the company says was too text-heavy and challenging to use for some users. The new user interface features graphical tiles that allow users to hold and drag their preferred services to create a preferred layout. The cleaner view is designed to help clients enjoy a seamless and efficient viewing experience, the company says.
The Josh App also features a new music search design that aims to make switching between streaming services within the audio controller easier and more intuitive. The update is designed to give users the flexibility to easily tune into their music across all of their favorite platforms.
In the blog post announcing the updates, Josh.ai says it sends over-the-air updates on a bi-weekly cadence to improve the user experience.
